Már biztos sokat hallottatok Blair Waldorf kedvenc édességéről, a csodálatos macaronról. Párizsban van a Ladurée nevű cukrászdában, a színes édesség birodalma.
A Ladurée egy nagyon régi francia cukrászda. 1862-ben nyitotta Louis Ernest Ladurée. Ő készített először dupla emeletes macaront, amit ma már az egész világon ismernek. Amikor Párizsban járok, mindig bemegyek a cukrászdába egy csésze teára és egy 1-2 darab macaronra. Több tíz féle ízből lehet választani: pisztácia, vanília, karamella, málna, csokoládé, mandula, narancs, stb. Minden egyes macaron úgy néz ki, mint egy műalkotás. Süteményeket is készítenek, ami több macaronból és friss málnából, gyümölcsös édes krémből készül.
Párizs több részén is megtalálható a cukrászda, mindenhol ugyanazzal a színes választékkal várják az édes szájúakat.
Minden évben kitalálnak valami különlegességet, például már számos divattervező készített díszdobozt, amit ajándékba kapunk a macaronhoz.

Ladurée is a luxury bakery brand founded in 1862 by Louis Ernest Ladurée, a french miller from the southwest of France. The brand is known as the inventor of the double-decker macaron known all over the world. When I was in Paris I stopped at Ladurée in the grand department store Le Printemps. It was a true mind blowing experience! Indeed, Ladurée Printemps offers a cozy and gourmet pause in a middle of a busy day. They offer different flavors such as almond, orange blossom, caramel, vanilla, liquorice, strawberry.
Many famous fashion designers has collaborated with Ladurée and created different boxes for the macarons. For example John Galliano, Loubutin.
Macaron is a traditional French pastry, made of egg whites, almond powder, icing sugar and sugar; it’s a delicacy you will see in many ordinary French bakeries, however, in my opinion the real deal comes from Ladurée for which I have fallen head over heels.
